I was wondering if anyone had some specific work outs to target arm fat. I know i can lift weights but i can't ever seem to get around to doing that. :/

Also does anyone know how many calories an hour of Zumba burns?

    It's hard to target specific areas, but lifting weights in exercises for your biceps, triceps and shoulders will certainly give some definition in your arms.

    My HRM reckons I burn 600+ calories per hour during zumba, but everyone is different.
