Hey everyone. It's just been one of those weeks. Fighting with my fiance, birthdays, weight up and down, dental issues....it just never stops. So today I'm sitting here feeling rather unmotivated. Yesterday was my nephews b-day and I definitely overate. Plus I haven't made it to the gym in two days. I know I'll make it there today, I'm just feeling so blah. I know we all have those days, I just don't want to give up and earlier that's exactly what I was feeling like. How do I keep life issues from interfering with me staying on track? On days like today I just want to crawl in bed with a book and EAT!!!!! UGH!!!!

Turn that frown upside down... you are beautifully and wonderfully made. Choices are part of life and this is just a weak area for you. Not any different than a girl who runs up a credit card with no money to pay for it. Don't feel defeated, it's just a choice and you will have a make another 2000 choices today.
I'm sure you have looked a many a book...but there is one called made to crave
that deals with the emotions we go through as women and how we were made to crave things...
Have an AMAZING DAY0 -
Try thinking of the opposite...instead of looking at what is....try looking at things the way you want them to be....and I know this dosnt help much...but you can at least say....I am not in Japan! Life really is good....don't be depressed. Focus on the things that are going right.....and think of things to appreciate even if it seems there isn't anything ...like you have a great bed to sleep in, or a car that takes you places....this is what I try to do when I start to fall into the depressed state....Chin up!0

Everyone has their days...think positive, and say it's okay, but do NOT stop. :-)))0

Remember the past is just that-THE PAST. You can learn from it and turn it into something positive.
Since you are posting for support, just shows that you ARE NOT ready to give up, but just need a little help over a very small hump.
Stay strong for yourself and you will continue towards your goals.0 -
Thanks everyone!! That is all very helpful and exactly what I needed. I'm actually off to the gym right now which always makes me feel better. This place is such a wonderful site for love and support. I am grateful for all the blessing in my life and sometimes I just need to be reminded of that. THANKS!0
