Happy Friday everyone! Hope everyone's journey is going well! Going out for Thai food tonight, is there anything remotely healthy that I can order? I've been to the gym everyday this week, I don't want to ruin it!

Thanks!

yummy.. Stick to soups... They have lots you can eat.....
  • stay away from anything fried, or with peanut sauce...
I always ask for Brown Rice, rather than white rice.
The Cashew Chicken is a pretty good choice...

The best solution is to ask for a to go box with your dinner, and when it comes, put have of it in the box before you even start, then your portion size will be more along the lines of a normal dinner!

What if you thought of it as treating yourself since you've been good all week rather than ruining your week? If you've really been that good all week, one meal isn't gonna ruin it if you don't go way overboard. I say work out extra hard today if you can then get what you want and eat half of it, drinking lots of water before and during the meal so you feel fuller. Good luck!

Exactly what I was going to say. Maybe get something that you normally would and just be smart about it. 1 day a week where you get to "treat" yourself to something is actually a good idea. Just don't COMPLETELY overdo it.

Stick to veggie stir fry, scale back on the rice. NO noodle-based dishes. Many curry dishes are high calorie as well due to the coconut milk. Say no to anything deep fried (egg/spring rolls). Some soups are low cal and taste great, as long as they are broth-based.
