Sedentary or lightly active?

So I have a question....3-4 days a week I work a desk job, and the other 3-4 days a week I work my other job or at home and I'm constantly moving, on my feet cleaning, helping with some project or another. What should I set myself too? I'm currently set at Sedentary because I figure under estimating is better....

Any advise?

I work 5 days a week at a desk job. I consider myself Sedentary only because when I go home, I am on the computer doing homework. The weekends are sometimes moving but nothing strenuous. I would think you could get away with lightly active :) I workout everyday though! :)

without actually going and getting tested, there's no way to be absolutely sure. But I'd just set your calories to somewhere right between the two. I.E. set it to sedentary, look at what MFP assigns for calories, Then set it for lightly active, and look again, take a number between the two, and use the custom option in goals and you can manually add your calorie goal in. Oh and while you're at it, probably a good idea to raise your protein a little, MFP has it set pretty low for an active adult (15%, generally 20% is about the minimum you want if you do any exercise).
