Been going at it for some time

I've been pretty active for some time >year. Consistantly, I don't eat much grap(1-2x month bad). I can't make much progress. Not gaining, I realize muscle weighs more that fat. But I'm still are not losing weight. I started today, on this site. Yes I will try to be patient. I am eating the same, only entering now onto the site. Any words of wisedom? I drink 3-4 liters of water daily and rock climb, yoga and some strenght train 3-4 x week! Help!

You'll love this site!! I've been on here since 2012, my weight has been up and down but this year I will hit my goal!! What is helping me this time is getting involved in challenges. And all the support you get from others!!0
