My wife and I started this program at beginning of year. I reached my goal . My wife is at a standstill. She may have days that she does go over by 100 or 200 calories , but for the most part she stays within allotted calorie limit. Problem is , she has not lost a pound. She has a healthy bmi range , but wants to lose 10 more pounds. Any tips ?

That last 10 pounds is tough. Takes the utmost dedication to intensive exercise and eating 100% healthy, plus consuming more water than you ever felt possible.
Any small "cheat" each week will make a big difference on the scale.

Sometimes it's not how many calories you are eating, but what types of food make up those calories. I have found that even though I am within my calorie range, I lose more weight when those calories don't consist of high carb food. Problem since I do love my carbs. She may have to adjust her diet a little to see what works for her.

Tell her to watch her sodium, eat all her cals and exercise cals. Also make sure her goal is not too high. I had my settings to lose 2 lbs a week, and chaged it to 1 and lost 1.5 lbs the first week, after being stuck a month.
