All it has is 2 ingredients, plus water
First you need to get lots of bananas and puree them in your blender, freeze in individual 1/4 cup containers (like the kind that come with tupperware sets)
Buy the Dannon light and fit yogurt in any flavor, put it in the freezer when u get home from the grocery store.
Now, when u want a smoothie, just take one container of frozen yogurt, one container of frozen banana and one yogurt container full of cold water and blend it up! It doesn't get much easier than that, and it tastes great.
Fills a big glass for 110 calories and it's nice and thick like a milkshake

never thought about freezing the yogurt. That is a fabulous idea. I freeze my strawberries and blueberries. I am going to try this. Thanks for the 4110
