Hey everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself my name is Candi and I have been using fitness pal for a couple of weeks now. I really love the app on my phone easy way to keep track. My current weight is 217 and my goal weight is 160 over the last 2 months I lost 10lbs and then 2 more, but for some reason I can't move below 214. I get to 214 then jump back to 217-219 I am not doing anything diffrent. It is so discouraging to get on the scale expecting to see a negative and I see weight gain. I have also felt so tired lately since cutting down on fat and switching to lean everything. I welcome any suggestions.
