How do you log the 30 day shred workouts in the exercise log?

I log it as circuit training.0

I googled it and it burns 250 cal a video if you are really working out and not being a weenie!:bigsmile:0

I calculate it as "aerobics, low impact". I guess maybe I'm underestimating? I guess that's better then overestimating and consuming more calories as a result!0
