How do you log the 30 day shred workouts in the exercise log?

I use an HRM to calculate my calories burned, and created my own exercise.

    "calisthenics vigorous effort"
  • I also use a HRM and log my own calories. I usually only burn 120 to 150 calories per session.

I calculate it as "aerobics, low impact". I guess maybe I'm underestimating? I guess that's better then overestimating and consuming more calories as a result!
