Although I have only been @ MFP for 1 week, I have been attempting to eat healthier for 1 month and become more responsible for my own health. A week ago last Weds, I had my blood drawn to check, among other things, my cholesterol level...which has consistently been over 200 for the last 10+ years. Last time I had it checked in 2007, it was 238 and my triglycerides were 226! This year, 3/09/11, my cholesterol was 192 and my triglycerides were only 70!!!! WOOfreakin'HOO!!!!
