i did my first round of p90x plyometrics today and omg is it hard!!! i have a polar f4 hrm which seems to be calculating wrong most of the time...e.g...same workout, done 2days apart, more intensity put in on the 2nd day, but 50calorie lower burn???)
so i was just kinda wondering roughly what everyone's calorie burns are...i'm 5ft 6, weigh 138lbs and pretty fit cardio wise...the burn came out for the whole hour long workout as 600...would this be close to accurate? i know that an hour walk/run on the treadmill burns me close to 800 and i'm never half as tired/sweaty as i was after this
all comments appreciated
