I love ice cream and miss it very much. I have been eating a lot of sugar free fudge pops but they just aren't cutting it.
So, i was wondering if anyone knows of a good tasting low cal ice cream.

Lovin' Scoopfulls. It's 1/2 fat and lower calorie and you can't tell. At least, Hubs couldn't. My favorite is Mintalicious while Hubs likes Bluberry Cheesecake.0

I've been to a couple frozen yogurt places that were really good too. I love to load on the berries and mangos.

Arctic Zero as an ice cream swap. And Wow Cow for a froyo swap. I have Wow Cow pretty much every single night for dessert. 13 ounces for 117 calories can't be beat.0

I like Stonyfield Farm Organic frozen yogurt.
I refuse to buy Skinny Cow because it has CORN SYRUP!!!0 -
I don't buy anything with corn syrup either. I buy Bryers All Natural. I think they have some low cal choices. I buy it because it is the cheapest name brand at my store. 5 dollars for most name brands. 3.49 for the Bryer's.0

What's so bad about corn syrup?
There is a difference between high fructose corn syrup and just regular corn syrup. Corn syrup itself is a stabilizer and thickening agent that while it is not naturally occurring, it is not nearly as harmful to your health as HFCS. HFCS is made in a laboratory (to be nice) and does awful things to your blood sugar and I don't care how many "studies" come out that say it is the same as sugar - it is much sweeter and affects your body differently AND I have seen how it is made and it makes me gag. You will find corn syrup itself in just about anything that needs to be thickened or preserved. In the natural products, there are alternatives to it, I believe guar gum is one, but I am not 100% on that.0 -
Skinny Cow makes a 100 calorie Truffle bar made with french vanilla ice cream 2.5 g fat 3g fiber. It's a healthy alternative to ice cream and it taste good. Go to www.skinnycow.com to get the "skinny" on other low cal treats and promotions. Enjoy!0
