Well, I moved in the very beginning of July, and along with the fourth and leftovers - I've been eating either a good bit over, or good bit under what I should be. I don't know which because I haven't tracked my calories or my weight. The new place lacks space so I just haven't really done any of my inhouse workouts. However I've started riding my bike for all local commutes, so I'm not sure where I really stand.

Someone kick me in the butt and tell me to start tracking my calories again, lol.

Seriously though, this post is a reminder to me that I need to stick with my program. I've come too damn far to let a silly little funk wreck it for me.

GET BACK ON TRACK! You've done so good, don't backslide now!

But I know, your heart has been taken, hasn't it?? You've got stars in your eyes and no time for tracking BUT this is important! Trust me, when you're an old healthy man, you'll be thanking yourself for keeping on track now.

    Shore, that "smiley" is fantastic!!!!

msarro, you have come TO FAR to turn back now!!! I've been there before, it's the small things that you let slip that lead you back to old lifestyle choices and habits. Get yourself on here an log that food!!!!!! And maybe involve your new love in going for a walk etc for some excercise?
    Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:

i don't think this will qualify as a kick in the butt, but, for what it's worth, i can't tell you how proud i'd feel if i'd come as far as you have. today was my first day back on the proverbial wagon. i ate only what i was supposed to, and i even managed to drag my big butt around the block a couple of times tonight--and i'm feelin' pretty dern good about it. i can't imagine how much pride you feel when you take in how much you've accomplished. keep on keepin' on.
