Help!

I have only been on here since January. I was only looking to lose 5-10 lbs. Now I've lost about 8 and am happy where I am but I changed my goal to "maintain" and started to gain weight back. So I put it back down to lose 1/2lb per week.... that was fine until this past week. When I've been working out I feel like I don't have the strength anymore.... working out feels harder then it did before. Do I need to eat more? I don't want to gain the weight back though! Help!

DO NOT STOP WORKING OUT. That is so awesome that you have reached a weight that you are happy with. If your gaining reduce your calories for sure even just to maintain. You will have to play around with the calories for a while to figure out what fits. For energy make sure your taking a multi vitamin and if it's not working go talk to a DR. What ever you do, do not stop working out. I was so close to reaching goal and thought I got this thing, this is easy. Then I stopped tracking what I ate and working out and whamo bamo my weight came back and here I am.....0

Everyone is different and you are probably gonna have to play around with your calories like pp said. Don't stop working out!! It is a good thing to do to maintain your health even if you are not trying to loose.0
