so I step on my homemedics digital scales this morning and go wow I have lost some weight ..... but I dont believe it and try 3 more times and get different readings depending on how I stand.
Does anyone here find that their scales fluctuate wildly?

Mine did that this morning! lol...I was like how the hell did I lose 6 lbs over night? So I got on again two more times and got a 3 lb weightloss each time.0

Mine doesn't fluctuate but it lies every time I get on it!

It could be that you aren't standing evenly across the sensors, or that the batteries need to be changed.0

the only thing that is consistent about my digital scale is its inconsistency. what i do is try to aim for the center point. i take the lowest reading and the highest reading and average them0

I think cheap scales give poor results. I have given up on mine, and weigh-in at the gym every Monday morning0

that's why I have an analog scale
If you have a weight (dumb bell) weigh that to make sure it's accurate and try removing and replacing the batteries0 -
That's why I have hung on to my analog scale also. I use my digital one, but if something doesn't seem quite right, I drag out the analog and compare.0
