Ok. I made a bad purchase, well not terrible purchase, of a HRM that does not tell calories burned in a certain amount of time. I bought the Nike Triax c3 and it's cute and all, but like I said, no calories burned. Is there a way I can figure it based on my heart rate? If I exercise for an hour and my heart rate averages on the high side, around 178 or so, is there an equation I can use to find the cals? I've tried to sell the thing on ebay, craigslist, etc. I bought it on amazon. No takers. I really want the P4, but not yet ready to throw in the towel on the Nike one.
