Whats the diff btw 30 day shred and banish fat boost metabol

    They are pretty different, I recommend both.

    30 day shred goes by a 3-2-1 format, 3 minutes of compound strength moves, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. There are 3 such circuits as well as a warm up and cool down. She includes 3 progressively harder levels, each workout is about 25 minutes

    BFBM is primarily a cardio workout although it also has circuits. You do like 6 or 7 3 minute circuits (you do each one twice so it's 40mins total, 50 minutes with the warm up and cool down), there are 2 mat circuits interspersed to give you a breather but your heart rate will be up the whole time. It's a tough but great workout. It cousin is No More Trouble Zones, a strength training workout with similar timing (I actually just finished doing that one just now).

    All 3 DVDs are like 10 bucks and I have been doing them intermittently for over a year, they are great

    Excellent reply. I think I better stick to the 30 day shred to get my endurance up.
