    I too am proud of you. Keep up the good eating habits through your pregnancy, it's sooo worth it.

    :smile: I joined up with Puddmuffin but I don't know why we can't have three or more! We're all in this to lose weight & feel better so I say the more the merrier.

    :flowerforyou: I guess I should have said "partners". All are welcome. Sometimes it's nice to hear and see what each is doing. I know I have a hard time myself going it alone, so if I can see or respond with one or two of you..we all can do this together right??

    :happy: Ok, I've started. I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 30 min. this morning & I'm going to do 30 min. of aerobics here pretty soon. I'm going to try & walk at least 5 days a week and do aerobics here at home at least 3 nights a week after work. Let's see if I can post a lb. or two less by next Monday!

    What are you doing for your weight loss? Anything different than mine?

    I have a stationarie bike that I ride and a treadmill
    today I only did 25 min on my treadmill I had planed on doing another 25 min tonight but I spraned my ankle and we'll see if I can go tonight.

    I want to lose weight so bad, and it seems just when I'm over one set back anotherone hits and I'm back at the beginning its so frusterating, :explode:
