Road Warriors?

Anyone else here whose life resembles that of George Clooney in "Up in the Air"? I'm on a flight every week for work, and I stay in hotels where the thing closest resembling a cooking instrument is the iron. That means Monday through Thursday it's restaurants for Every. Single. Meal. I've done really well lately (going to Los Angeles, the land of the health concious), but I'd love some support if anyone else lives the same lifestyle. Any other road warriors?

Ok I'm not normally a road warrior but I'm already planning for a week long road trip coming up, in which I don't want to blow all my hard work by eating poorly at restaurants for every meal. My plan so far is to have meal-shakes handy for 1-2 meals per day, then just eating sensibly at a restaurant for the other meal. I think it will be easier if I'm just trying to avoid temptation once per day instead of 3 times :)

That's a good idea! I pack little ziplocs with pre-measured servings of whole rolled oats mixed with cinnamon, which really helps for breakfasts or if I need a snack. You can eat oatmeal virtually anywhere and even eat them raw if you don't have water. Have fun on your road trip!
