Snow Pea Sprouts vs Lettuce vs Baby Spinach

I can't remember the last time I bought a lettuce for our place, unless it was to put in a salad I'm taking somewhere.
I love snow pea sprouts! They're just so yummy! They're more expensive than lettuce, for sure, but I don't end up throwing them out and they're take even less prep than pulling leaves from a lettuce head.
I always hear that lettuce is super low in nutritional value, unless you need some more water haha. I was wondering if people thought snow pea sprouts were a good long-term replacement? I know baby spinach is usually recommended, but I'm not a huge fan of it by itself. I'll eat it in a salad or sandwich with other greens, and I put it in almost everything I cook, but couldn't put a handful on my plate and eat it.
I'm pretty sure snow pea sprouts are relatively high in sugar, but if I'm eating something green, leafy and yummy - then I can deal with that.

i don't get specific snow pea sprouts, they are just called pea sprouts, but i love them. and man do they last in the fridge! i have had a package of them in my fridge for several weeks now. it was huge, and i seem to have barely made a dent, yet they are as green, and crisp, and fresh tasting as when i first opened them up.
idk if there is anything to worry about doing a substitution with lettuce, i like to add them to a salad with lettuce. i also don't think they are too high in sugar. maybe if you sit there and eat a couple hundred grams of them, but even then, they are still a veggie. i think you are pretty safe.0
