I decided to lose the stone I put on when I quit smoking last August. If I can quit the weed, I can shift a stone, and get fitter at the same time. I have been using myfitnesspal for a week and loving it! What gets measured gets improved, and this site is a great help. Good luck to everyone in whatever your goals may be!!
