lesson learned ....advice given

So I have a cheat meal on Friday nights which has been going good until this past Friday. Well I ordered Chinese and ending up having some left over and what happened you say-BAM Saturday for lunch I was caught with the chinese noodles!!!!

So my lesson that I learned and the advice I have to give would be ....If you have a cheat night/meal ONLY order enough that you can eat up that night/meal or you may fall into the same trap.

    I totally agree. We order chinese from time to time, and I've learned that if it doesn't all get eaten (the portions are rather large) I have to throw out the rest. Yes...waste of food, but better than the alternative (in my mind)!

    Technically you weren't cheating. :laugh:

    You had food left over, so you did not over eat the night before.

    You just saved it for the next day.. so if you ate the food on friday or saturday, you still ate the same calories. :happy:
    Just not in one sitting, which is better, yes?

    For it to be cheating you would have to have ate all the meal from Friday and then on saturday say hey I feel like more chineese food and get another helping.

    OMG very good point!!!! That is awesome.....and to think I felt soooo guilty but really had just one helping of the items I got and had some for lunch the next day which wasn't a huge amount either!!!!! Sure it probably has loads of sodium and doesn't help my already puffy face but lesson learned and I will though try and keep it to one night!!!!
