so annoiyed, i was doing really well. i had planned my meals for the day as i knew i was eating out last nite. i was doing gud. An THEN ..... After only three glasses of wine i got the dreaded munchies!!!!!!!!!! resulting in me eating a whole tear n share garlic bread TO MYSELF!!!!!!!!! Then i ate a treacle sponge to myself!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt disgusting after. Dont know why i did it? this has resulted in me going 1,664 cals over for yesterday.

just make up 4 it 2 day and run a bit longer to work off the extra calories0

Don't worry...just see it as a one off treat for the week and draw a line under it and carry on your good work. There's no point feeling guilty over it and telling yourself you've stuffed up because you haven't!! At least you've learnt from it that next time you have some wine you could prepare some healthier nibbles to munch on for later. x0

Today is another day! just chalk yesterday up to experience
Ps I ususally spritz my wine with sparkling water when I go out....makes it go a lot further, with a lot less calories!!0 -

Hang in there mate - we all have bad days - I've certainly had my share!! Just remember tomorrow is a new day and you can do it - dont beat yourself up0 -
Aw, you've hardly failed - everyone is allowed to 'enjoy' themselves once in a while
I had a really bad day yesterday - but opposite from you! I only had about 828 calories, as I was feeling so poorly (I have B12 deficiency, which I have to have injections for) - which is as bad, if not worse than over eating - and today I am famished. I mean belly rumble hungry - so I'll go over today :grumble:
Oh well, Sunday is weigh in day fo me - so fx we both do ok xxx0
