How to log a Tony Horton workout?

I am not sure if this can be done under "cardiovascular" when logging in my exercise but I just completed Tony Horton's POwer Half Hour Arm Toner - which is not cardio at all but all strength training. I haven't a clue how many calories it burns and wondered if anyone else has tried to log either the same workout or something similar in order to find out how many calories have been burned? Thanks so much...

Agreed. A heart reate monitor is the way to go. It is still an extimation, but the most accurate estimation you'll get for your work. I've been doing P90X (I'm 1/2 way through my 2nd Round) and I log everything through cardio, even the resistance exercises.
