This is my during pregnancy and now photo. Ive lost 36 pds so far and am only 8lbs from my goal. Prior to pregnancy I weighed 135lbs, but I am shooting for 140lbs as my goal. As of right now, according to the BMI tool I am considered overweight for my height, so once I hit 145lbs Ill be back in my healthy weight range. Im 5'4. I am having a really, really hard time sticking to a healthy diet plan and cant seem to get my butt back in gear this month. I also need to start fitting in exercise. Summer is around the corner and I'd really like to be bikini ready. Im proud of my progress so far, but now I really need to start working hard again.
