Finished 30DS - Results

I am one day short of actually finishing the 30DS but I am starting P90X and I want to start that on the weekend so I am cutting the 30DS short just a bit.

Here are my results from the 30DS
Weight 171 to 162.6 Lost 8.4 Lbs
Bust 41 1/2 to 40 Lost 1 1/2
Waist 40 1/2 to 38 1/2 Lost 2
Hips 42 3/4 to 41 3/4 Lost 1
Thigh both 23 to 21 3/4 Lost 2 1/2
Upper Arm both 12 1/2 to 12 Lost 1

Total inches lost 8

Sorry no pictures yet. I hate pictures which I'm sure you understand. I am going to try to find a picture of me before I started my weight loss. I will be taking pictures today before I start the P90X so I will try to post them later. I know I will hate putting it up but I also know how inspiring seeing the changes from others posting their before and after pictures has inspired me.
I can wait to start my next phase of my journey. I state P90X today and I have just a bit over 30 Lbs left to hit my goal. My hope is that when I finish the P90X my goal is met. So I have three month to shred the last of the weight that has made my life hell. Summer bikini here I come.

    Congrats!! Was 30DS all that you did or did you add supplemental exercises?

    GREAT JOB!!!! That is awesome progress! Good luck on P90X. Can't wait to hear of your success on that program too because YOU CAN DO IT!

    No 30DS was not enough for me each day. The 30DS from warm up to cool down is only 27 minutes long. After that I alway added cardio from high impact aerobics, step aerobics or walking/running on my treadmill. I did anywhere from an addtional 40 minutes to 1 hour of additional cardio with my other DVD's.
