Hello Pals...I never knew I had so many Pals out there. I do have friends after all. I joined in Jan and started at 248 pounds and have worked consisitently to lose weight and exercise since. I have been successful so far but now that I am at 217.5 I am starting to struggle some. I am trying to make this a lifestyle and the thing I am struggling with most is where I should really be as far as weight range. The websites all say that it is 196 at MOST but I am a larger frame, broad shouldered athletic type. Even in HS when I was swimming 10,000 yards a day I was 205 lbs. So I just bought one of these scales that measures detailed body weight, body fat%, muscle%, bone, water%, etc to help track these items vs just my weight. I don't know what doctors think of thes scales but... It seems that even the doctors argue about what n appropriate BMI is so I am trying to lose the weight using this app and primarily cardio and then track body fat and other metrics while increasing muscle to fat ratio. Any comments? I am also looking for good ideas for food(snacks and meals) that travel well for 3-4 days. Open to Suggestions.
