I just came on board..I have been doing Insanity, AGAIN...but this time I added hitting the gym 3 days a week along with the Insanity Cardio..I went from 197 to 190. plateau! BUT all my 60 day numbers changed So I focused on nutrition, something i am not good at....(which is why I signed on here after a friend recommended it) already broke that plateau and am at 188 enroute to 180.. plan to use this site to track my nutrition...I am a team beach body coach so JOIN for FREE with me at www.teambeachbodycoach.com/bama307
