This is gonna be long...woman of many words  has some ramblin to do.....
Ok, ever since I went on vacation 7/3 through 7/9, I just can't seem to get myself back into gear. I was doing so good before that. Now I keep overeating and not wanting to exercise:grumble: :grumble: :grumble: Plus Saturday was my Bday, so, my fiance brought me home a cake (and a day at the spa) and took me out to eat. I told myself that I would go ahead and enjoy the day and get back to it Monday (yesterday).
Wellllll....yesterday I had it all planned out and had my meals planned but I got home and decided to cook him some lasagne for dinner. Of course I kept tasting it all through the process of cooking it. Then I had a slice. I went over by about 500 calories (even with my exercise...:noway: ). So I was going to wake up early and exercise to make up for some of it...... Didn't happen! Too tired
Ok, so now today, again, I had all my meals planned out and this girl at work brought in some coconut cake  ....Thing is, if I behave myself, I still have 340 calories left for dinner(including my workout calories). I would have had more but skipped my lunch walk. BUT, 340 is plenty. I just have to make sure I do my hour of TaeBo and my 45 minute walk with my dog.![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
EVERY time I take a vacation I fall off the wagon.
So far it's been 13 days that I haven't been doing so well. I've gained 3 lbs back  (which by the way I need to update that on here  ) But I can lose that in 1.5 weeks. I just have to get back to it.
Last week I was sooooo worn out all week from the weekend in Ohio (little sleep/lots of partyin up there:drinker: ). And now I have no excuses, I just keep binging. I guess I just need a slap upside the head...a hard slap upside the head to get me back in the grind.
I know 3lbs is really nothing, but it really irritates the crap out of me...:grumble: I just need to start from this point and move forward :drinker: and try not to let it bother me I guess....    I just feel so drained. But I know once I start the workouts and stuff I'll feel so much better in more ways than one. It's just getting up off my *kitten* and doin it  Ok....whewwwww...gotta catch my breath now

Hi
Been there, done that
This is the reason cheat days or meals don't work for me...when I get off track it's just toooo hard to get back on
You can do it!
Start fresh and put the past behind you..what's done is done...you can loose those extra pesky pounds in NO time
This is for the long haul....

Thanks for the support guys! I know I can it's just so frustrating....So easy to fall off and gain it but so much work to lose it.......But I'll use that as my motivation
