This is my first week really using this site. My weight goal is 60 to 100 lbs of weight lost. I am actually on a weight loss meal plan which is going really well. today is a nice day so I will be going on a 6 mile walk today.. wish me luck. I hope I get connected with others which really keeps you going.. Have a GOOD day!
