High Intensive Interval Training + a little diet: only complex carbs, if at all, no carbs in the evening, high protein intake, lots of water.0

I'm still wondering that 3 years on!0

Yep, still looking for that same answer! My doc said it was all diet for me at this point, I was consistent enough with exercise, but needed to trim the diet some, and he was right. Since I've been on MFP (almost 2 months), I've been staying within my calorie goal mostly and the pooch has gone down quite a bit, but still have more to go. Several people have told me a couple of Jillian Michael's video's are good, 6wk 6pack abs and No More Trouble Zones. I've ordered the abs one, but haven't received it yet. Good luck and I look forward to looking at the rest of the answers, too!0

Eat Protein and Fiber rich foods and bust your buns on doing planks. That is a great way to strengthen and tone ab muscles. ;0} Good Luck0

Thank you everyone for your answers and input! Thank goodness for MFP! It has been the 1 thing to actually help me lose the weight I was trying to lose pre-pregnancy.
I am more than happy with my results so far and I can notice a huge difference in my body & strength.
I'm busting my butt workout wise and staying within calorie goal so I will try for more protein & fiber it sounds like.
Thank you!
Good luck to us all0 -
I'm currently working on my C-Section pooch. Lower calories & healthier choices are helping a lot. I've been trying to incorporate cardio with group toning classes at my gym. I watched Jillian's 6wk 6 pack yesterday and WOW! I think the easy version would kick my booty. One thing Jillian said was you can tone your abs but you need the cardio to help remove the fat so you can the see them!0
