Wanted to share this with everyone.

A week or so ago, there was a mixup at IHOP on my order. I was given hollandaise on a "simple & fit" omelet and ate some before realizing it was a mistake. I couldn't find reliable calorie info anywhere on their website, internet, or on MFP for just the hollandaise sauce, so I emailed them. I added it to the food database. The database wouldn't let me put "<1" for the sugar, so I just put 1. The sauce comes in one of those little "monkey dishes" which are about 4 ounces, so it holds two servings. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Here is their response:

I am contacting with the Nutritional Information on the hollandaise,
2oz of hollandaise :

Fat Calories:50
Total Fat (g):6
Saturated Fat(g):3
Trans Fat(g):0
Cholesterol(mg):15
Sodium(mg):120

The Simple & Fit Spinach, Mushroom, Tomato Omelette does not come with hollandaise, it just comes with the fresh fruit. We appreciate your business and hope you come back soon. I would like take this opportunity to apologize for what happened. If you have anymore question you can contact me at ###-###-####.

I've found almost every restaurant I've contacted about nutrition info to be super friendly and helpful. I've often ended up not only with the info I've requested but also coupons. In one instance, when I e-mailed a place because it's where the hubby and I were going for our five year anniversary, we even ended up with special treatment at the restaurant. Including free champagne, a VIP table, VIP treatment by the staff, a personal table visit from the restaurant manager and even a happy anniversary card signed by the entire staff. They even brought me a copy of the nutrition info to the table even though they'd already emailed it to me. :)

There were only two places that didn't send info. One just never replied at all and the other sent a reply saying that they don't release that info.
