the move, my upcoming exam (medical) and my final divorce hearing in two weeks I am conciously/subconciously sabatoging my diet....grrrrr already gained a lb this month

this morning it was a krispy kreme pudding filled chocolate donut....

    Go for a quick 10 minute walk just to get some endorphins going! You can stick to it! A one pound gain does not ruin it all! Just consider it water weight and move on!

    Sounds like you've got "enough on your plate" these days! But, adding a Crispy cream donut to that "plate" isn't such a hot idea! LOL. Try not to make a habit of doing that, and get back on track. You'll feel MUCH better about yourself then!

    wow honey....just try to focus on one thing at a time....and I totally agree w/ the others....get some exercise in and you'll feel a lot better!!!
