Hi - I'm a newbie to MFP and am looking for some friends to help me stay motiviated. My goal is to lose 60 lbs. My goal for this first month is to lose 5 lbs. Favorite exercises are fitness walking and cross-country skiing. I lost 50 lbs. once before, about 20 years ago, so I know I can do this! Ready to get moving, shed the excess baggage and start feeling healthier!
