Hello Everyone!
This is my fourth day on the site and just wanted to finally get around to saying Hey!
I am not very good at keeping up with my food and exercise logging but it's been really helpful and I know I got to do it! It's amazing- you think your eating well and BAM! I'm at 1,600 calories for the day!! How'd that happen?!
I am looking forward to not making excuses and reaching my goals along with all of you! Keep up all of your great work- It's very inspiring to see!! :happy:
