It did not kill me!

I did my first P90X workout and I was able to do it better than I expected. I am following the lean program so my first day was the Core Synergistics workout and I survived. I did have to modify some of the exercises but I still feel I push myself well as far as keeping up with the people in the video on reps. Doing the 30DS over the last month definitely help me out in doing this program. Now I hope I can survive day two tomorrow. :noway:

welcome to P90X! I'm doing the lean version too. I started it a few months ago and got to week 5 before going on vacation and falling off the wagon. I'm back an in week 3 again. I love that it's different every day of the week!! I do switch plyo for kempo because I don't like the kenpo part of cardio x and boy is plyo a workout!!0

Welcome to P90x. It's my second round of P90x. I was doing the Classic in the beginning and just gained muscle. This time it's the lean version. I like it but was killing me is the ab ripper x. I was too tired already from ding the Shoulders & Arms then you have to do Ab ripper after. It's my 4th day and I'll be doing Yoga X. Right now my body is sore but I love it because I know I'm working harder to be healthy and fit. I used to be 182.2 now I'm 146 lbs. My goal is 40 lbs by May 1st because it's going to be my first year anniversary to do this journey to a healthy me. Enjoy and good luck. Add me if you like.0

I recommend doing ab ripper x first. if I do it after the other workout I am too wiped out to do it with any intensity. If I do it first, I still have tons of energy for the main workout. Some days I do it with cardioX also since that's a shorter workout.0
