Hey everyone I have some nice sized prawns that I have taken out for dinner and I don't have a clue as to how I should prepare them. Does anyone have any helpful recipes. I have a pretty diverse palate so I am up for whatever youve got

I like to season them with cajun seasoning and grill...you can cook in a skillet with some lemon pepper and lemon juice. Cook in some diced tomatoes with onion and garlic and serve that over brown rice or wheat pasta.

Stir fry (in a regular skillet) with a little oil some red and green pepper strips, onion and any other veg you like. Add the shrimp and some seasoning of your choice--cajun? Lemon pepper? Italian? and then serve over angle hair or any other pasta. Grilled with seasoning is nice too. You could throw them over a salad after they're grilled.

Peel them and reserve the shells.
Boil the shells in a small pan, just covering the shells with water. ( I like to add paprika, garlic granules, and a cayenne pepper to the water. You can also just use your favorite seafood seasoning.) Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, adding more water if needed. Drain shells and reserve the broth.

In a saute pan add enough broth to cover the bottom of the pan. Place on medium flame/heat and add the peeled prawns. Saute until just pink, turning once. (approx 3 min) Remove prawn from the pan and set aside. In the same pan now add your favorite veggies. I like to add thin asparagus, chopped, and shredded carrots. Saute until tender, but firm, adding more broth if needed.

Remove veggies from pan and set aside.

Add the remaining broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Thicken with about 1 TBLS of corn starch. Add back to the saute pan the prawns and veggies. Warm through.

Serve over rice or toss into your favorite cooked pasta.
