This site is awesome and the trainer, Zuzana, shows you quick and intense work-outs:

I’m just starting to get into her work-outs, but I feel like it is making a difference already. Personally, I’m so busy through-out my week that I don’t have time to exercise. These work-outs are perfect because they are intense and short and are done at home. Totally convenient!
Some of the techniques may seem strange at first, but they really do push your body to burn calories.
I encourage you guys to try some of her exercises and post what you think!

hey! I've been wanting to start these (in the middle of exams but hoping to get into them soon!)... do you know how many calories you burn while doing them?? I heard from someone else on MFP that she logs them as circuit training and MFP estimate is usually under the calories she burns... just looking for someone else's opinion! (i dont have a HRM and dont have money for one right now!)
Thanks
Also, do you have all the equipment that she uses or do you just do the exercises that you have equipment for?0 -
I don’t know the exact calories because, but on MFP, I just log the exercises under "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort” It’s the closest way for me to calculate my exercise on here. However, I think I may burn more than what MFP says because the Body Rock exercises are pretty intense and require a lot of moving and jumping.
If I don’t have some of the equipment, then I do it at the gym, which has some of the pull up bars and such. Otherwise, there are so many different work-outs to choose from, many of which don’t require additional equipment.
I hope I helped in some small way!0 -
I LOVE BodyRock! LOVE LOVE LOVE!0
