Working out = B+ (I go 4 days a week..working up to more)
Healthy eating = B (I eat pretty healthy but also eat too much processed stuff still)
Staying within calories = A+
Motivation = A+0 -
Working out: A- (I could push it a little more!)
Healthy Eating: A- (I do like my ice cream )
Staying within calories: A+
Motivation: A (cuz I weighed in today for the first time and have lost 3 lbs :bigsmile: )

Working out: C+ I know I really do just enough to get by :blushing: But that's a LOT better than not doing anything, which is where I was 4 months ago!
Healthy Eating: Overall I'd say a B+. Lately I've been having some problems, but before that I was the queen of self-disipline!
Staying within calories: A. I'm almost always within 30 cals of my overall goal.
Motivation: A0 -
Working out: A+ (5-6 times a week for an hour)
Healthy Eating: A (I don't eat bad much, just graze)
Staying within calories: A (either over or under by a few)
Motivation: B ( I hate working out and always eyeing food as the enemy..haha)0 -

Motivation: A- (just need to get moving, that is the only thing I am lacking)0 -
I'm really proud of how this is going for me, although as I've said before I love working out (always have - I just wasn't making time for it) and overall I've always been a healthy eater. It was the non meal emotional sugar binges that I eliminated!! So,
Working out = A+ (6-7 days a week for 1-1.5 hrs)
Healthy eating = A (I've even eliminated nutella as an occasional treat!!)
Staying within calories = A - (I'm usually between 100 below and 25 above)
Motivation = A++ I look so forward to this every day!
Now, I should save this for next time I'm feeling bummed0 -

Working out = B ... I've never exercised this consistently, but I know I can push myself harder
Healthy eating = A- ... planning meals has made all the difference
Staying within calories = A ... I am amazed at how much I actually get to eat... sometimes it's hard to get all those exercise calories in
Motivation = A+ ... I am determined to achieve my goals... and I just bought a HRM today... I think that will keep the motivation up! This site is a huge key in remaining motivated... you guys make me want to work harder and stick to my plan! :drinker: Thanks!0 -

I HATE working out, but force myself to do it waaaay more often than I did last year. I still eat all I used to, but have added lots more whole wheats, fruits, and veggies. I stay in my calorie settings probably 27 days out of the month!! And i'm lacking workout motivation....

My Motivation grade is up to an A from a C.... today (gonna do some Tae Bo)

Motivation = C to B It varies summer is the hardest time of year for me and Christmas hmmm. But I have been here almost a full year now so that is something.0 -
Working out =A - i have never worked out this much, this consistantly, in my entire lifespan.
Healthy eating =B- I stay within calories but i tend to get there with sugar more than i should
Staying within calories = B i do a pretty good job here, tho i havent been logging like im supposed to
Motivation = A+ how else would i do all of that working out!?0
