Does anyone else get super bad chills after a good work out? As soon as my heart rate starts to come down, I start freezing! Any suggestions?

Nothing too crazy, but I change out of my sweaty clothes as soon as possible and shower.

Same here but only seems to happen if I over push myself!

I get this every single time I have a big run ... I come home and change right away and take a warm shower... and it doesnt help.
I wish I knew how to make it go away ... I will literally shake for the rest of the day (husband thinks I am crazy)!

Well, from the standpoint of the human body this is how your "body temperature" works.

During exercise the body’s ability to thermoregulate (maintain temperature) is challenged. Your blood is a main component in regulating your body temperature. When you become dehydrated (through large amounts of sweating), one of the first places you loose water from is your blood. This loss of water makes it difficult for your body to control it's temperature, hence you feeling extremely cold.

My (non-health professional) suggestion drink more water: before, (especially) during and after exercise.

Sometimes, yes. Bring dry clothes with you and get into them as soon as possible!

I tell my yoga class to bring a blanket for our final relaxation because a lot of people get chilled right after exercise and it makes it hard to fully relax in shavasana at the end of class if you're cold. Like was said earlier it is the effect of a good cooling system bringing your body temperature down rapidly. I suggest a longer slower cool down so the body temperature comes down slower and definitely a warm shower right after your workout.
