Did MFP spur on your curiosity of coconut milk? Do you not like curry and hence would rather use your newly found low-cal canned discovery for something fun? I present, the low-cal Virgin Piña Colada, mmmmmmmm!
½ cup fresh pineapple
½ cup low calorie coconut milk (mine had 40 cals per ½ cup, 3.5g fat)
1 sweetener packet
100g container of vanilla yogurt (like Source, Astro or Silhouette, 35 cals. If you are using a large tub, use ¼ cup)
¾ cup ice
Directions: blend until smooth. * Serves 1.
WW Points: 2
Nutrition: 112 calories, 76mg sodium, 19g carbs, 1g fiber, 4g fat, 4g protein

That's too bad I personally don't get enough fat in the day (healthy or otherwise) so I'm trying to pump it up starting tomorrow by having a ¼ avocado daily + 1 tbsp flax sead (separate meal of course). That will get me to 16g which is about ½ of my recommended but its a good start. I'll definitely invest in some natural peanut butter as well, 2 tbsp will jump my fat intake huge - in a good way.
@ vanrunningirl, ha ha ha! No probs, luv ya too0 -
