does anyone have a idea why?

I have lost a total of 30 pounds now :) but since about sept I have lost about 14 pounds but not seen any change in inches. I was wondering if anyone would have a idea why? or maybe I am being impatience.....lol? thank you in advance this is still new to me :)

    The body has fat that is beneath the muscle... This is the worst fat that you can have... it is suffocating your organs. If you are losing weight and not inches, that could be where you are losing it from... and that is totally a good thing!

    I couldn't say for sure of course, but I have a couple of ideas to think about. First, are you measuring everywhere or just a few places? After the first two months of working with my trainer I had lost three inches off my hips and three off my thighs, but none at all from my waist. So if you aren't measuring everywhere (chest, waist, hips, thighs, calves, upper arms), maybe you're losing it from another part of your body.

    Otherwise I might be concerned that you are losing muscle mass. Are you doing any strength training or weight bearing exercises? Are you being sure to eat very close to your calorie goal?

    Thank you guys so much!!! I didn't think about either of these things. I don't know if it is all the fat under muscle(part of that maybe it.) But I haven't been measuring all of those areas. only the major 3 areas(hips, waist, bust.) Now thinking about it my legs and arms are noticeable smaller now. so thank so much I will keep up the workout and hopefully I will since in the hips, waist, and bust soon! :)
