are there any exercise that will my my booty bigger?

  • Omg i was fighting with the same question....but i was told by a lady who would walk with me up and down the hallways and menwould turn their heads to look at her butt....that in 30 days do 25 squats and 25 leglifts morning and night and you should have a nice looking poked out butt....i have done that not actually in 30 days but my husband notices a difference and that makes me very happy....:flowerforyou:

    Go to nowloss.com and look up butt exercises, there is a whole shabang of them.

    Squats, Dead Lifts, fire hydrants, Duck walks, lunges, clam shells, butt bridge, hip thrust (this is a good one), donkey kicks... Oh they all target the butt..

    The thing about getting a bigger butt , is gaining more muscle in that area. You need to train at least 3x a week, with weights. I mean go as heavy as you can to do about 10 to 12 reps.

    I did this consistently and noticed a change in my rear end (lifted up) ..but because I slacked off I haven't noticed much else. Hope this Helps!

    Yep, lots and lots of squat like exercises will make that booty rounder and fuller. I have been doing kung fu for about 2 years now and my flat post baby booty is completely different. Now I just have to lose more weight in the belly and thighs and I will be happy.
