bad week

I've had a hell of a bad week in terms of nutrition and food.... done nothing but eat chocolate, crisps, chips (fries to my American friends! :) ) and other bad food!

Not to mention the beer, wine and vodka I've drunk!!
It's crazy to notice how much I've physically slowed down. I feel constantly tired and lethargic and am not getting a decent nights sleep either.

Back to the grind tomorrow. So I'm going to make the most of it this evening and have a nice big sunday dinner! :)

    Slips ups, backslides, falling off the wagon ... it happens. Nice to see you've got resolve to get back on track though. Good for you!!

    I've had a tough week too, it's amazing how bad my body feels when I eat like I did this weeks. I feel tired, slow and lethargic.

    Go back through your diary and in the 'Food notes', write down how crappy you are feeling. That you're lethargic, your sleep is off, etc. Hopefully, that will be a reminder if you want to take a week's detour from your plan. :wink:

    Everyone deviates from plan now and again. What's important is what you do from here, so congrats for getting right back on track!:bigsmile:
