Binge!!!!!

So yesterday went so well until I got home from work, I didnt have time to work out, I only had time to get ready for a small birthday party for my Dad, make dinner, get a cake, so on.
After they left, even though I was full, I raided the fridge. Everything I could find I just ate, healthy things too. and bread so much bread.
I feel terrible.
How long is it going to take for my body to bounce back from this binge? Is it going to take me a week of healthy 1200 cal a day eating to start loosing again?
I weighted myself this mroning and was only a half a pound over my current weight but I know I have done some damage because I am so bloated!
Are there any tips to help me to stop from doing this? I have a reoccuring bad day like this at least once a week and its holding my weight loss back even though I work out really hard 5 times a week. Self control just doesnt seem to be enough.

    Oh my friend....First of all - you have to let it go. Hold your head up and look forward. You have to tools to keep going but if you let this overwhelm you.... it will lead to more binging. Your body did not like what your mind did, but you will get them back in sync! Stress is a demon for all of us - no matter where we are in our journey. I look for distraction when I feel stressed - reading the motivation section has been a very good thing for me.
    You are worth it - don't ever think differently! :flowerforyou:

  • I binged too at the moment loved it and I still want more.bad me. But it was calling my name Oh well 1/2 pound over and that was probably water weight. You owned up and I hid the box.
