Bikers? Recommend any Bike Tours for spring?

What is your favorite workout? Spring means getting that road bike back on the road. My favorite route wanders along the edge of Lake Michigan. There are some great light traffic flat sections along a wooded state park, several killer hills, pretty lake views, and rolling farm land. 21.5 miles, and more when time allows an add on.
Great training for up-coming cycle tours. So what rides do you plan for training? What tours will you be sure NOT to miss this spring and summer?
