Just started on this so thought I'd say hello. Seems to be working very well; better than anything I've tried before, in fact. From 15 stone to 14 1/2 in 3 weeks, steady 2lb a week, which is faster than I expected. I'm 49, 5'11, eating a balanced 1800 calories / day. It would be helpful if you could record your weight in stones as well - I'm converting to the measures to lb every day.

Hi I just joined a couple of weeks ago, It really is a good tool, I feel much more accountable, I too would love it if you could use stones and pounds, being a Brit!! but hey, its not too hard to calculate the pounds! Good luck!0

I am new also my wife is here under skydancer80 and has been alot of help
I am disabled with Muscular dystrophy so I know the exersice part is none for me but she is pretty sure if I follow the calories and carbs and with the little walking I do, I would loose some not alot I know but either way a little is better then nothing RIGHT!!

Hello, just found this website/app today. I've been using another system but it's been getting a bit confused recently (and confusing me too as a result) so I decided to try a new one. I'm pleased to find that this one adds info to computer as well as phone. I've been doing some regular walking over the past several weeks and have been quite successful. I'm hoping to lose a lot more weight but it's coming off steadily :happy: Hope to be back soon with more info and must say how good it is to read all your posts, very encouraging.
