tae bo.. not sure

i did 12 mins of verrryyyyy high impacted.. tae bo.. for the past two days.. only 12 mins.. about .. died.. no not really.. but you knmow what i mean.. did i really burn 283.. in calories... i soo hope so.. cause im not gonna eat them if i didnt burn them.. so i cut them in half tonight.. can some one give me some reasurance???..ohh and i used that calories per hour.com.. site.. to figure it out!

    Calories per hour is a great site. Today I did my Tae bo work out. High impact for 16 mins and my Heart rate monitor said I had burned 172 cals. I weigh 200lbs... I dunno if it would be the same for you... But that's what it was for me! hahaha

    lol.. now im really pushing it. i dont want to tell my weight.. but.. its not much more thenyou... a little.. but not much.. sooo.. what do you think.... to much?.. i only ate half of the calories anyway..

    Those are just estimates. To make sure you get an exact number, invest in a HRM (heartrate monitor)

    I have yet to use mine during a Tae Bo session.

    Lots of people have found good ones on amazon.com
    You can check if walmart has some.
    Buy one that has a calorie counter.

    i compared other calorie sites.. and they were in the 190 range. so i feel like i did the correct thing and cut the calories i was told by the firs site.. in half..
