I joined my fitness pal last Thursday. I visited my doctor and she suggested I start counting calories to help me lose weight because I wasn't seeing any weight loss with exercise (3-5 times a week) alone. I lost one pound this week! I'm excited because I was only aiming for 1/2 a pound.

By the way, my user name (Blossom) is my cat's name :smile:
