Eating at night

I find I eat great during the day but horrible at night! Anybody else have this problem? Any tips??

    I have the same problem. Keep healthy snacks available and just don't buy the junk. The hot air popcorn popper is my best friend!
  • I do the same thing almost daily. I found that if I have might evening/dinner menu and an evening snack pre planned for the week I do much better. If I don't I tend to just go to the fridge or cabinets just searching and then I make bad choices. Good Luck!!

    I eat when I get home after work at midnight. It used to be anything and everything. Now I plan my midnight snack along with my other meals earlier in the day, and have something tasty within my calorie limit to look forward to at night. Maybe you could do the same--plan your snack to complement the rest of your day.

    Im exactly the same, during the day i'l stay on target and moderate my food.
    But at night i get hit by the munchies!
    And i end up eating **** loads...

    All i can say is, make yourself a hot drink.
    And then like nuture it, instead of downing it.
    And it should help quiet-en your cravings!

    I have no control over wanting to eat at night, soooooooo.... About 4 or 5 in the evening, I start preparing healthy snacks. When I get the urge... the snacks I have prepared are within reach, so I dont choose the bad ones. Planning is the key

    I keep celery, clean ready to eat. Just munching on something helps!!

    When I feel the late night munchies coming on I make myself some hot tea. It really works for me.
